Adriana returns from her trip with a new book called "Be Your Own Windkeeper." On the surface, it appears to be
a trashy self help book about female empowerment, but soon, Adriana seems quite obsessed with it, quoting it constantly and
using its vocabularly (referring to men as "lightening bearers"). She shares the book with Tranns who similarly falls
in love with it.
A mysterious new arrival, a Shadowman named Tristan, appears just as the Phoenix Fighters attempt to launch a search
party for Casey. During the meeting, both Adriana and Tranns become openly hostile to the men in the House, making it
nearly impossible to get anything accomplished. Tranns passes the book on to Mia who devours it, joining with Adriana
and Tranns against the men. In the office, Mia, Adriana, and Aden get into a threeway shouting match, during which Aden
lets out all of his pent up frustration over their petty squabbles for his attention.
The book passes on to Ariadne and Amorette. In the lobby, Jesse and Valero try to steal the book, realizing its
effect on the women, but Amorette manages to get away with it. Six of the men, led by Kazuo, try to restrain Ariadne,
but she defeats them. Meanwhile, the women congregate on the roof. Cecilia is given the book and soon turns to
assist in capturing Sito and Bendix to use as hostages. Taking command, Adriana declares war on all men.
In the courtyard, Ariadne and Kazuo's combat is broken up by Adriana who takes out quite a few of her issues on Kazuo
before retreating. Ariadne covers their retreat by tricking Philip into beating an injured Kazuo, despite the protestations
of Wow. The men meet in the lobby to formulate a plan to get ahold of the book. Aden, Philip, Lucien, and Jesse
climb up to the roof to distract the women while Jake sneaks around back and steals the book. Jesse also manages to
release Sito and Bendix. All goes according to plan until the call for retreat, during which Aden is trapped with the
murderous females.
Jake brings the book to Jonas and Shawn in the kitchen who examine it for a cure. They soon discover that the book
was planted by Milady, who tauntingly left them a ready made remedy: The women must all be kissed by the men they love.
As the men wonder at this impossibility, Bendix returns to the roof and lets out a sonic scream, knocking out all of the women
except for Ariadne. The men storm the roof and each manages to awaken his partner, but Adriana is left without anyone.
Aden takes initiative and kisses her. To Mia's horror and everyone else's surprise, Adriana awakes, cured of the charm.
